Åre Bike Festival just went off July 5 to 11 in the MTB capital of Sweden. The weeklong celebration of mountain biking in Northern Europe’s largest bike park was organized by Åre Mountain Cyclists, the local cycling club, and host for the Mountain Bike World Cup back in 1999.
The trails were in excellent condition, the weather gods took part in the event and the sun shone almost all week. Everyone had a big smile´ when they came down to jump on the chair lift up again.
