Take precautions; even though you’re not in the risk group, some of your loved ones may be.
Follow the advice given by WHO and your government, and maybe start an online group for your community/ neighbourhood and help each other out with small tasks.
Use this time to take a look back at old adventures and start planning new ones.
Still, remember what Buddha said: “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.”
So stay safe, stay home and stay sane.
Reach out the ones who may need help or extra attention, but don’t put them at risk.
Treat yourself with a nice trail run, a good ski movie or favourite snack.
We’ll get through this together.
