My name is Jo Hoff Nordskar. I`m working at the CX department in Norrøna.
As a former athlete I do know something about how to stay fit and healthy, so in this vlog I would like to share some tips with you.
My first advice is to have continuity in your daily exercise. Try to do something every day. I starts the day with an easy run in te morning, 20 min slow pace before breakfast. Followed by some stretching and a cup of coffee it all clear my head, put a smile on my face I find it easier to eat more healthy through the day.
Something smaller every day will be far more beneficial for your health than doing something extreme twice a week.
The second tip is diversity within your activities. Change up your activiteies through the seasons. Explore different sceneries, sports and mindsets. You don’t necessarily have to buy the most expensive, however you do need the right equipment for the right purpose in order to have fun.
My third tips is to use your friendship to get you out! I belive it`s important to have someone who can push you out and inspire you to reach for the new goals. Either if it`s your partner, a brother or a sister, or simply a digital community (like Strava i.e).
